3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information for insurance applications
• Disclose all material facts relevant to your insurance coverage
• Pay premiums and fees in a timely manner
• Notify us promptly of any changes to your circumstances
• Review policy documents and terms carefully

4. Broker Responsibilities

We will endeavor to provide professional insurance broking services, including advising you on suitable insurance products. However, the final decision to purchase insurance rests with you. We are not liable for coverage gaps if you decline recommended coverage.

5. Premium Payments

Insurance premiums must be paid by the due date. Failure to pay premiums may result in cancellation of coverage by the insurer. We are not responsible for lapses in coverage due to non-payment.

6. Claims

We will assist you with claims lodgment and follow-up. However, all claims decisions are made by the insurance carrier, not by Biltmore Insurance Group. We cannot guarantee claim outcomes.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Biltmore Insurance Group shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services or any errors or omissions in our advice.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the broker-client relationship by providing written notice. Termination does not affect existing insurance policies unless you request cancellation through your insurer.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Australian courts.
